Zehra did a great job handling the sale of my home in Melrose, MA. She came to the house right away. She was warm, friendly, understanding and responsive to our questions and concerns about the sale – re: sale expectations, time frame, staging, suggested prep. She hosted an excellent open house and showings. She was available/responsive until the papers were passed, which was a little uncertain due to covid, but we closed on time in April. Zehra was then able to assist us in buying a condo in Porter Square. She met us for several viewings in Cambridge and followed through with all responsibilities and communications with the listing agent/sellers until papers were successfully passed again!
