About Philip Kukura
Phil has been actively involved in Melrose public life since settling here in 1975, especially in the areas of historic preservation, planning, education, and the arts. More than half that time, he has been a knowledgeable realtor, assisting people like you who are reading this in buying and selling property and in planning for their future housing needs. Beyond his life in real estate, he enjoys gardening, choral and a capella singing, and friends and good food in the company of his wife Nancy, with whom he lives in a neat Victorian house in the East Wyoming Hill neighborhood.
